- Prior to accessing any of XSTRA’s cloud based products and services, the User must now go to https://xaccess.x.direct
- User enters their:
- “Email Address”
- 6 Digit “One Time Passcode” (OTP) from the User’s authenticator app on their mobile phone
- Click the “AUTHORISE” button

- Finished – the User has successfully used XACCESS for multi-factor authentication
